One of the top priorities of THE COMPETITOR’S TOUR will be to offer consistency from event to event. The TCT will use a uniform set of rules throughout all events.  In Blackbelt Divisions the SKITA Specific Criteria rules will be used and in Underbelt divisions the SKITA General Criteria will be used with the exception of Traditional divisions which will follow SKITA Specific Criteria rules.  Specific Uniform Criteria in all Underbelt Traditional Divisions will apply.  These rules, which are published in each tournament brochure as well, will be followed at each event.  For a complete copy of the SKITA Rules, please log on to www.NBLSKIL.com, the home website of the NBL (National Blackbelt League) and SKI (Sport Karate Int’l), the world’s largest Sport Karate leagues.
